Your question is somewhat strangely worded, and it might help if you clarified what you are asking here.
As an engineer, I have briefly experimented with a Da Vinci Surgical system.
Broadly speaking, it runs on electrical energy from the grid. I do not recall that it had any special or unusual power requirements. I think you can plug it into the wall just like a large appliance.
If you are asking whether it uses 120VAC vs 240VAC, I cannot honestly remember.
Anyone installing it at a hospital for use in surgery would obviously want to have back up power sources available to kick in, in case of an unexpected power failure.
