The Art Nouveau movement was started in France and spread to the rest of Europe, the USA and Australia at the beginning of the 20th century. It was the first 20th Century modern style inspired by nature. Its influences can be seen by many designers over the 20th century and consequently this is a huge subject.

It might be an idea to limit yourself to an area that you are interested in. Each designer and artist interpreted Art Nouveau in their own way.
For example;
Architecture and Interior Design - Renee Mackintosh, Gaudi and Horta
Posters - Alphonse Mucha
Book Illustrations - Audrey Beardsley
Lighting - L. C. Tiffany
Glass and Jewellery - Rene Lalique
Ceramics - A. Picard, G Serres
Fashion - Paul Poiret, Jean Paquin, Mariano Fortuny.
Artists - Alphonse Mucha and Gustav Klimt
There are many websites with great images for all of the above areas. The following website covers many of the above ideas.

I hope this helps you.

Many, many. It's one of the most popular eras in art history. (the previous answer said Mucha and Klimt, but those where actual creators of Art Nouveau, NOT artists inspired by them.) But there are far too many to be included in the scope of this simple posting.
