Can you name a famous ethinic visual artist?

I'm having a little trouble remembering any other than Jean Michel Basquiat. By ethnicity, I mean African descent, Indian descent, mexican descent, latin american, arab,chinese, japanese, etc.etc.

living or deceased is fine...just making a list of people to write about.

Charles Bibbs and Justin Bua come to mind right away. Kehinde Wiley is simply amazing. Fame is relative, so I could list hundreds (they're among the easiest to find, since there are many collections based on ethnic art), but none of them are household names. Frankly, most people I know couldn't name 3 living artists.

I suggest, Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, Faith Ringold, Shirin Neshat, Romare Bearden, Takashi Murakami, Subodh Gupta, Vik Munzi, and Zhang Xiaogang, just to name a few.
