What artists are known for their depictions of clouds?

I'm looking for names of artists who are known for their treatment of clouds in their paintings. As a meteorologist, I can tell you that many paintings have particularly unrealistic clouds--presumably since the clouds won't "sit" and "pose"! :-) So who was particularly good and sensitive about the sky?

William Turner comes to mind, not known for "clouds" but rather stormy seas or various conditions of the sea. A lil more on the abstract side.

Also the Hudson River School produced some amazing landscape artists. Also, not known for clouds, but still, there are certainly clouds in the landscapes. Cheack out Albert Bierstadt, & Thomas Cole .

The 17 c. Dutch landscape painters were known for their depiction of skies. In particular Jacob Van Ruisdael. See examples of his paintings at http://www.wga.hu/frames-e.html?/html/r/...
Also English painter John Constable - there is a complete book about his cloud paintingshttp://www.amazon.com/Constables-Clouds-...
