Anyone here can read and understand Chinese?

My grandfather bought these images over 20 years ago in China, but never knew what was written on it. Can someone help us out?

It are no texts, just words/sentences.

I also didn't know how to turn these pictures, as I have no idea what the upside is. I'm sorry for that. (Of course you can easily fix that, by downloading them, and turn them)

If you can read and understand Chinese, we would really appreciate you to answer this!

First of all I'm sorry but some of the characters I can't seem to find in my editor, although the meaning in totality is clear.

Secondly, I pretty much answered because I figured noone else would. Too much work. Sigh. That's what's wrong with Yahoo Answers these days, too many people chasing cheap points. Another good idea twisted by tawdry greed.

壬戊年 (according to my calendar) is 1982. I guess that's when this picture was drawn.

seal script can be awfully cryptic. But I guess it has to be the artist's 逢艇
