Paint
Getting the paint type and color is the first step in painting your office. Wall paints come in a rainbow of colors. Some hardware shops can also color-match objects you bring in, like a toy truck or a picture of fresh salmon. Wall paint also comes in different types like latex, oil-based and acrylic. Acrylic paints tend to be the most popular paint, where latex paints can trigger allergic reactions to people with latex allergies.

    Paint Rollers
The quickest and most efficient way to cover the walls of an office with paint is to use paint rollers. A paint roller is an applicator that is dipped in paint and then rolled onto walls. Paint rollers apply paint to a larger area smoother than a traditional brush, without the uneven multiple brush strokes. Paint rollers come in a variety of synthetic materials and sizes. The material it's made of does not affect the paint application, but the size dictates the area you can cover in one stroke. Paint rollers are attached to a roller handle. Handles come in a variety of lengths to adjust reach. Longer handles are preferred for painting high walls and ceilings.

    Paint Pan
Paint pans are useful in keeping things clean and easy. A paint pan is typically made of plastic or inexpensive metals. In most cases, they're disposable after a few uses. Paint pans work well in conjunction with paint rollers. Paint is poured into the paint pan reservoir; the roller is dipped in and rolled along the pan to load the roller. Paint pans make a choice method in keeping your paint area clean, as you do not need to dip a brush into your paint bucket.

    Potted Plants
The quickest and best way to decorate an office quickly once painted is using a variety of potted plants. Potted plants can come in a variety of sizes, types and colors. A basic choice is evergreen plants that bloom in neutral colors. When deciding on potted plants, consider the area you have and the colors on the walls. If the walls are neutral, use bold bright-colored blooms and vice versa. For offices that don't get a lot of light or attention, plastic plants make a better option as they require no watering and only dusting.
