Items in a Chinese "Muesuem"?

In school we have to make a Chinese musuem in a shoebox. Inside we need at least 6 things that represent China, like an abacus, to get at least a C. Do you have any ideas of objects I could make or buy for a small price. Thanks!

Something to do with food (chopsticks etc). A piece of Chinese calligraphy (you can download images from google images). Also Chinese paintings. Coolie hats (you could make a miniature one. A piece of silk, or silk embroidery. A fortune cookie, even though they are really American! Good project!

Use some silk green leaf and cut out a bunch of tall grass and clue into a small box, representing rice paddies. Fishing pole, fish, nets, chineese checkers (paint it on a small round cardboard),Get some clay and make little pieces of dishes or pottery or whatever.Cut little cardboard cutouts of whatever you want, cover it with a little newspaper or tissue paper and glue when dry paint it. It would look awsome! A little Budha.Silk worms are Chineese, roll up little oblong pieces of cotton(like rice kernal) and put into a little match box bottom. Paint a little Silk kimono out of paper and place next to it. Little shoes would be cute they look like thongs but they are chunkier(little blocks little squares of cardboard and the top would be black(use black yarn hardened with glue or something white painted black, or black pipe cleaner. Wish I was making one!
